Returns

You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Please note that sale items are non-returnable, unless otherwise required by law.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

 

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, unless an exception applies.
